Visit our quaint Village of Jansen, the heart of Prairie Rose. A closely knitted community, with amazing folks dedicated to keep their community alive and thriving! With many things for a small village to experience from Bowling, gardening, disc golf to a good meal at our local Steak Pit/Hotel. Or explore our magnificent Rural Municipality of Prairie Rose (No.309), where the beautiful crop fields go for miles, livestock graze and a variety of wildlife frolic.  While your out take a gander down and see the development of the Jansen BHP Potash Mine, Saskatchewan’s largest private investment and once operational will produce up to 8.5 million tonnes of potash per year!

A Wedding Shower Card has been stationed at our Office for Marissa Weiss & Cayden Cardinal. Please feel free to come down and contribute/ sign their card with warm wishes.

Village Garbage Pick-Up Every Tuesday

Garbage tags are REQUIRED for pick up.

Garbage Bags MAXIMUM 40 LB.

 Purchase tags at Municipal Office – $2.00 PER TAG.

Tags are usable at the Transfer Station also!

Don’t forget to Recycle, but please take note of what our bins can accept.  Recycling List
